Cancellation and change policy for reservations
(valid for standard year-round prices and packages, outside holiday periods)
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date – no penalty (0%).
- Cancellations from 7 to 3 days before the check-in date – penalty in the amount of the price of the first night.
- Cancellations less than 3 days before check-in, as well as in case of no show – penalty of 100% of the reservation value.
- In case of early departure, the unused portion of the reservation is non-refundable.
* Hotel Royal Plovdiv reserves the right to change prices and special offers published on its website, depending on demand and availability of free places.
For already confirmed and paid reservations, the agreed and paid amount remains unchanged, regardless of subsequent price offers or promotions.
